Teak Time Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Service Inc. agrees to provide Dog Walking & Exercising services for you and your pet(s). The Dog Walking & Exercising services will be performed on ___________________________. The total number of visits will be ____________________ each week.

You will be charged $18 per walk unless otherwise specified. Discounts are applied to clients using our service 5 days a week. Payment for the Dog Walking & Exercising services is due upon receipt of your invoice. So as to not be charged, all cancellations must be made twenty-four (24) hours in advance and must be acknowledged by the Company.
Services will be performed in accordance with the instructions contained herein. The client waives any claims against Teak Time Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Service Inc. unless the Company is negligent and does not perform as agreed herein.
